Been steady mobbin these past two weeks! I have a tendency to stress myself out due to insecurities of not being where I want to be in my life. Don’t get me wrong, I am thankful for my journey as well as all of the obstacles I’ve overcome, but the need for more is infinite. Not in terms of material possessions, but in terms of reaching my goals, learning about myself, and being rich mentally. I had the chance to hit up Banff with a few homies to get some R&R and to escape the city life where everyone is so connected to each other, literally and digitally. You’ll definitely get a recap from the trip, not to worry! Since coming back, I am slowly getting back into the groove of things, acquiring more responsibilities and adding to my goal list. I guess you can say I was steady mobbin! Speaking of the term, for today’s look, I reached for a classic Mobb Deep tee with the title of their second studio album, The Infamous. Members Prodigy and Havok definitely put East Coast hip-hop on the map with this album while lyrically capturing their surroundings of poverty and crime while living in Queensbridge, NY. I kept today’s look street by pairing the tee with ripped denim, maroon colored Air Force 1’s, and a bomber jacket for warmth. The jacket really wasn’t necessary to be honest. But then I seen that photo of Jaden Smith at this year’s Met Gala carrying his blond cutoff dreads while looking dapper in Louis Vuitton. If he can accessorize with his cutoff dreads, I can accessorize with a bomber jacket.  Comment below with your thoughts on today’s look =)
