Oxford Pink

When it comes to my wardrobe, I tend to lean towards black pieces for it’s sleek, sophisticated and simple. It’s gotten to the point where wearing the shade has become a routine and honestly, it was time to switch the style up. I remember listening to Cam’ron a couple weeks back, and I had a revelation. Aside from him being lyrically gifted, he is known for making bold fashion statements throughout his career. One of the fashion statements he was notorious for was wearing all pink. At that time, pink was seen as a color that only seemed to apply to a female demographic for it was deemed as “feminine.” When Cam’ron wore pink, it wasn’t jsut women that applied the color to their wardrobe, but men started to rock the color. And ya’ll, from a woman’s perspective, pink looks sexy af on a man! It symbolizes confidence, playfulness and understanding. I thought to myself “If Cam’ron can build up the courage to wear pink, well shit, so can I.” Enjoy today’s look! =)
